  • Students from grade 9th & 10th, 11th & 12th only can participate
  • Student Journalist Hunt is based on Research/Investigative News Reporting.
  • Choose any one topic for news writing - Clean India; (Responsible) Festivity with Traditional Fervor; Diwali Celebrations in Your School.
  • All the student participants will receive digital certificates.
  • All the participating schools will receive a digital certificates.

Rules and Regulations for FairGaze Student Journalist Hunt.

  • 1. "FairGaze Student Journalist Hunt" an online contest will start from 18th October, 2018 to 30th November, 2018 (last date of submission).
  • 2. Students from class 9th -12th all over India can participate in this online contest.
  • 3. Student Journalist Hunt is based on Research/Investigative News Reporting.
  • 4. Topic for contest - Clean India, (Responsible) Festivity with Traditional Fervor, Diwali celebrations in your school, written interview of school hod on same topic.
  • 5. The panel of judges for the online contest will scrutinize all the entries.
  • 6. The announcement of winners (127 schools + 127 students = 254) from 29 states of India will be done on 5th December, 2018.
  • 7. Winners will be announced on the basis of votes (maximum number of likes).
  • 8. Participate in just three easy steps:
    • Ist Step- Upload your news report
    • News Reporting Criterea :
    • - Word limit for any news article is between 350-400 words.
    • - News report should also have a photo with caption.
    • IInd Step- After the news report verification you will get a link. Please share that URL link with everyone your known to increase your votes.
    • IIIrd Step- Win by promoting your report to your friends, school mates to get maximum likes.
  • 9. Winner students will receive Digital certificates, FairGaze Student Journalist Card, News Publication on FairGaze Network with their Pic. Opportunity to write for FairGaze Media on remuneration basis.
  • 10. Winner schools will get digital certificate, Journalism workshop and Newsletter, rest other state schools will get the digital Certificate and Newsletter.
  • 11. Digital participation certificates to every student and school.
  • 12. Video interviews of the winners and their school heads will be published on FairGaze media network.
  • 13. The activities of the winners will be published on FairGaze media network.
  • 14. Once your name is declared among shortlisted winner you will be required to submit authenticity certificate.
